MIR is a computational method to infer relative activities miRNAs by integrating microarray expression data with miRNA target predictions.
WinMIR.exe: Program executable in Microsoft Windows system. The program is coded in C++ and complied with Visual Studio 6.0.
UnixMIR: Program executable in UNIX system.
Readme: description about format of input and output files for the above program.
Example microarray data: miRNA transfection data with 14 expression change profiles. Relative expressions of genes are measured using two-channel arrays after miRNA transfection into Hela cells.
Example miRNA-gene binding affinity data: Binding affinity profiles of 211 human miRNA to genes.
Run.bat: An example to show how to run the program.
Example output file: An example output file
