I am a postdoctoral research associate at the Gerstein Lab, under the supervision of Professor Mark Gerstein. I work in the area of personal genomics and genome privacy. I received my PhD in bioinformatics from University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), under the supervision of Professor Jie Liang. I worked in the area of structural computational biology, where I studied computational construction of three-dimensional structures of chromatin using Chromosome Conformation Capture data.
