PDB_domain.txt lists the domains present in the PDBs used in this study.
First column: PDB file
Second column: chain ID
Third column: PFAM ID
Fouth column: Common domain name

Singlish_interacting_domains.txt list the unique domains of the parterns (if mulitple partners have the same domain, its only listed once) for singlish-interface hubs.
First column: Name of the singlish-interface hub
Second column: Number of distint domains this protein interacts with. Couting starts from 0 (so 0 indicates 1 domain).
Third column: List of the interacting domains (separated by space)

Multiple_interacting_domains.txt list the unique domains of the parterns (if mulitple partners have the same domain, its only listed once) for multi-interface hubs.
First column: Name of the multi-interface hub
