This directory contains signal map files and feature coordinates used in "Mapping Novel Chromatin Regions Using Sono-Seq" by Auerbach et al.

1. SignalFiles - Directory containing signal map files in sgr format (viewable in Affymetrix's Integrated Genome Browser).  Signal files have the following format:

chromosome	position	signal_value

All signal values are inclusive.  For example:

chr1	248	1
chr1	330	2

means that nucleotide positions 248-329 on chromosome 1 all have a score of 1 associated with them.

All files in the SignalFiles directory are tarred and compressed.

2. FeatureCoordinates.tar.gz - Tarred and compressed files containing coordinates for all features used in creating the aggregation plots and intersections.  The format of these files is:
