I am an associate research scientist in the Gerstein Lab at Yale University. My research aims to develop broadly applicable methods for deciphering the organizational principles of biological systems, with an emphasis on network theory. Network is a natural framework to understand biological processes and high-throughput data because it captures the essence of a complex system: who is interacting with whom.
