I am a postdoctoral fellow in Mark Gerstein's lab at Yale University. I am interested in studying sequence-structure-function relationships and how they can be used to augment biological knowledge.

My graduate work was in Fred Cohen's group at the University of California, San Francisco where I studied various aspects of protein-protein interactions such as 1) inferring binding partners, 2) characterizing and identifying binding interfaces, and 3) design of small molecules for drug targets. Here is a link to my webpage there.
