Research Interests

My research background has been in studying characteristics of protein-protein interactions. My current interests are 1) discovering ways of analyzing genomic and proteomic information to understand more about protein interaction networks and pathways, 2) I am currently interested in studying protein flexibility and its role in protein-protein interactions.
